Hvorfor har alle filer et hoved med en licens?

Open Source er ikke gratis det er fri software som i Libre Software

Med en Open Source Licens sikrer man at den der modtager software kan bruge kildekoden til hvad som helst, når som helst.

Med GNUv3 eller nyere pålægges man at gøre de ændringer man har gjort tilgængelig på samme vilkår og med Affero GNU pålægges man at gøre netværkskommunikations kode tilgængelig på samme måde.
